Harrisburg's 104th Kipona Festival 2020 - fireworks are set off from City Island. Here is a view of them and Riverfront Park from across the Susquehanna River. In this photo you can also see the Pennsylvania State Capitol building. The festival gets its name, ‘Kipona’, from the American Indian name that means ‘Sparkling Waters’.
